CACHE LEVEL 5 DIPLOMA IN LEADERSHIP FOR HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE AND CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE'S SERVICES.

CACHE Level 5 provides the skills and knowledge needed to manage practice and lead others in adult health and social care provision or in children and young people’s services. This is suitable for Assistant Managers and Deputy Managers or Educators working in early years settings who are looking to progress their career. It is also appropriate for Managers who have not yet achieved a qualification at this level.

It covers a wide range of topics including Safeguarding and protection, Developing and carrying out policy, Managing care services, change programs and recruitment, Promoting and developing best practice, Supporting development and partnership working, Care management, Quality systems and improvement.

Requirements:
18 year of age and Learners will need to be working in the role of Deputy or Manager in an appropriate setting or having the opportunity to carry out responsibilities associated with these roles.

Assesment:
It will be assessed by your tutor or assessor using a range of methods. This could include direct observation in the workplace, a portfolio of evidence, written assignments or a task.

Diploma:
Upon successful completion of the course you will achieve an NCFE CACHE Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young’s People’s Services. After completing this course, learners will be able to progress onto a Degree in a related field.

Teaching hours:
3 hours a week from 4pm to 7pm (done in 1 day).

Cost:
13,500 AED and a registration fee of 1,000 AED.

Future job prospects:
Upon completion of this qualification, learners can secure a range of job roles such as Manager, Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager and Day Care Manager.
